The market did not offer for B2B clients any automated online selling of products and services related to long-term rental or lease.
Analysis of car rental and lease processes indicated that the phase related to offer and agreement concluding may be significantly simplified and shortened to limit workload for an average MŚP and eliminate some unnecessary operations. With expertise in scoring and signing contracts on-line, we knew how to shorten completion of required documents and provide for client verification based on this mechanism.
Leasing companies are usually overloaded when processing sales leads with offers in PDF format and Excel sheets forwarded by email and generated manually by sales team. To meet these needs, Mint Software developed the system that reduced the workload and speed up the whole procedure of purchase, lease and rental.
Mint Software main objectives:
Provide a simple, intuitive application handling leasing/ rental of products and services consistent with current UX research;
Shorten to minimum the process related to concluding of lease/rental contracts;
Provide functionality of signing the contract at any place, any time, on-line.
Thanks to cooperation with the team of experienced UX researchers and upon analysis of many solutions, we found out how to simplify maximally the process related to sales, lease and rental contractsand provide fully intuitive platform.
Our goal was to ensure high availability and provide the application that will be fully scalable and customizable according to turnover. The solution will include the application providing the offers and the application managing the offers including updating of asynchronous offers.
Implementation of this application based on docker claster infrastructure managed with docker swarm provided for the balanced, scalable and resilient environment. Employed Node.js and MongoDB technology allowed to shorten maximally a time for response and optimized a number of handled requests.
Additionally, the integrated CRM (OroCRM) system enabled smooth handling of leads and turning them into sale opportunity along with selected parameters of the offer. Applied S4 from AWS offer enabled to use server capacity fully what ensured reliability and maximum speed of photos and files from CDN external server infrastructure.
The next phase of implementation will include risk process full integration. We believe that this process may be as short as 5 minutes.
